If we can host you during the period you required we send
an e-mail with:

Availability confirmation,

Total Cost,

The
amount of the deposit to confirm your booking and the date
within we have to receive it.
After receiving the deposit we give you the final confirmation.
If we do not receive the deposit within the requested date
we can not furthermore guarantee the apartments availability.
The remaining balance has to be paid by cache upon your
arrival. A deposit against damages (300 Euros) is also requested
at your arrival and it will be fully refunded at check out
time in case of no damages.
You are requested to communicate your arrival time.
On standard basis, check-in is between 4:00 and 7:00 pm and
check-out within 10 am. In case of special need, let us know
in advance what time you would like to check in/out: we would
be happy if we can satisfy your request.
The Total Cost does not change in case of postponed
check-in or early check-out.
The Total Cost is inclusive of heating, linens (weekly changed)
and towels (changed every three days), final apartment cleaning
and electricity except electricity consumption for air conditioning
if requested.
The Total Cost is not inclusive of breakfast and/or
any other meal, additional apartment cleaning or more frequent
changes of linens or towels and electricity consumption for
air conditioning if requested.
In case of booking cancellation the deposit is not refunded.
